Freight operation certificate".
5, dangerous goods transport vehicles driver must have a mileage of more than 2 years safe driving experience or safety more than 50000 km.
6, engaged in the business of Danger! Cargo transport units, must possess the "rules" provisions of the conditions, but also has more than 5 vehicles carrying dangerous goods vehicles, more than 3 years engaged in the transportation business management experience, with professional and technical management of the corresponding (at least 1 of whom have junior titles chemical professionals), and has established the rules for safe operation, system of post responsibility of vehicle equipment maintenance, repair and safety quality education regulations.
